PROJECTS

Sport and recreation

Since 1997, CPR Group has carried out highly-successful sport and recreation planning, funding and training programs on behalf of Councils, the state government and national, state, regional and local clubs and associations. Our sport and recreation projects have resulted in the delivery of achievable facility planning including Master Plans, Concept Plans and Land Management Plans, management, leasing and operational strategies, Feasibility Studies, Business Plans and development, marketing, risk management, volunteer management and governance plans.

CPR Group’s understanding of Australia's volunteer-based sport and recreation industry, combined with our knowledge of planning legislation and property development ensures that we deal sensitively with any planning for sport and recreation activities and infrastructure. We have established excellent working relationships with sporting organisations across Australia through regular planning projects, ensuring that we understand the implications of infrastructure planning on grass roots, volunteer organisations.
