Michael Connelly

Michael oversees all facets of the business, with a particular focus on sport and not-for-profit development. His expertise, enthusiasm and focus on project-specific needs are often complimented by our clients. Michael is a qualified workplace trainer.


Michelle Connelly 

Director Stakeholder Engagement | B.Bus.Mgt. (Dist) FUDIA

Michelle directs the stakeholder engagement team, delivering expert consultation programs, political advocacy, training and issues management. Michelle is also a qualified workplace trainer.


Suzelie Connelly 

Director | B.Sc. MPRIA

Suzelie is a founding Director of CPR Group who facilitates stakeholder engagement, provides guidance and project advice to consultants and our clients. Following a career in the medical field and in politics, Suzelie founded CPR Group in 1997.


Peter Connelly 

Director | B.Bus. (Dist) AFAIM

Peter is a founding Director of CPR Group with a background in project management, who provides organisational leadership, mentoring and strategic planning and management advice to CPR Group personnel. 


Steve Connelly 

Director Sport and Community Development | B.A. (Env Plan)

Steve directs the sport and community development team, which specialises in club and association training programs and assisting not-for-profit, sport and recreation organisations and Councils to implement effective planning.


Melissa Driscoll 

Senior Consultant | BAppSc(Ag)(Hons)/MRngldMan

Melissa supports the stakeholder engagement and sport and community development teams, applying her skills in project management, strategic planning and grant preparation. Melissa is CPR Group’s equestrian development expert.


Chris Kenward 

Senior Consultant MBA FCCA Chartered Accountant Cert.IV TAE

Chris’s role with CPR Group is in assisting clubs and organisations with training, planning and management to enable them to grow and prosper and take on future challenges.

Cassandra works in the stakeholder engagement and sport and community development teams utilising her local government and private enterprise experience in landscape architecture, project management, master planning as well as community consultation.


Melissa Burton 

Project Consultant | BBus (Tourism) GradCert Public Relations

Melissa's role is to support the sport and community development team in delivering projects. Melissa has a background in professional sporting club operations and a passion for creativity in both the digital and traditional media space.


Mia Young 

Administrator | Cert III Business

Mia is an accomplished administrator who provides support and executive assistance to CPR Group consultants and management, is responsible for the general administration and organisation of our office, as well as client liaison and correspondence.


Melinda Thorpe 

Administrator

Melinda has 28 years administration experience, with a background in office management. Melinda assists Mia with office support and executive assistance to CPR Group consultants and management on a part time basis.


Chris Fenaughty 

Landscape Architect | BBE. L.Arch.

Chris has vast experience in landscape architectural and construction fields. Chris designs various projects ranging from landscape sports fields, urban parks and streetscapes, through to aged care facilities, residential developments and commercial developments.


Simonne Connelly

Simonne oversees CPR Group’s financial management and internal payroll, including staff leave, financial reporting, implementation of company payroll procedures and completing additional accounting tasks assigned by management.
