clubTRAC - Total Reporting and Control

clubTRAC - total reporting and control

Michael Connelly, our Managing Director, has been focusing his sights on something a little different of late. The big question has been; “Is your Council's approach to managing community leasing as good as it should be?”

A recent CPR Group online poll highlighted that the majority (91%) of respondents were not satisfied with the way that Councils currently manage relationships with lessees of community, sport and community groups on Council land, and want to see an improvement or a complete overhaul of their processes.

Reducing time spent on tedious, manual follow-ups with clubs would mean community and sport & rec officers' time could be spent on more valuable and rewarding work with community groups.

Michael is now in stage 2 of his research project. Stage 2 involves meeting with Councils to uncover the underlying issues and to work together to identify the needs to improve how Councils and lessees interact.

With consistent results coming in from Michael's initial research, we are continuing to develop an automated system designed specifically for Councils to manage their relationships with lessees with ease, accuracy and confidence.

If you manage leasing, or know someone who does, contact us to take part in our research project and become involved in the ongoing development of an automated, tailored one-stop-shop for community lessees - clubTRAC.
