OUR PROJECTS
We are proud of the work we do and the results we achieve. A selection of our clients and projects are included below.
This Strategy [Mount Isa City Council Sport and Recreation Strategy 2018-2027] was prepared by CPR Group on the Sunshine Coast and we thanked them for the incredible work they’ve done in preparing this document. They’ve spent many months extensively researching and gathering data and information about the various sporting activities and facility use in Mount Isa. From that, they have put forward 25 recommendations for Council to consider going forward. We are pleased with the Sport and Recreation Strategy 2018-2027 and look forward to what we can do to continue making our city’s sporting facilities the envy of our region.
- Cr McCulloch, Mount Isa City Council
Thank you for the introduction to the CPR Group, it has been invaluable, they have been brilliant.
So far we have met with them, and we now have a proposal ready to sign for a 12 month, project that will address all my areas of concern regarding policies, procedures, finances, structure, roles and responsibilities and come up with a 3-5year plan.
The guys at CPR Group have been amazing, their engagement with me was second to none and have really been able to support me in getting the Board behind this idea. It’s such a relief to have this level of support for me in a new role and I now think we can actually move forward.
- Chair of the Board, Caboolture Netball Association

I am truly grateful for the role I get to play in this space and I am sure you are too – you get to make a massive difference in the community through the work you do with such vital organisations for our community.
Well done for having the heart, soul, motivation and intellect to make such a difference in the world.”

He has provided governance advice to the Guild for several years, delivers our annual induction and training for our student Board members and more than 70 clubs and societies, and acts as the Returning Officer for our annual student Board elections.
We've had particular success working with Michael to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Board and committee meetings, thanks to Michael's guidance and supporting templates.
If you have a governance query or concern, call Michael. I have him on speed dial.”

“Steve immediately found his place of affinity with us. From the first phone call, he understood who we are as a school and what we were setting out to achieve and he has helped and guided us get to where we needed to be. He is extremely professional but also already a critical friend, supporter and actually part of the Canterbury ‘team’. He truly is an expert in his field with the ability to answer any question we throw at him. He came to us as a consultant but is now a part of us and we look forward to the relationship continuing now even after the Taipans Club is set up and running.”
- Mr Paul Diete, Canterbury College Deputy Principal
“The night was not what I was expecting but I thoroughly enjoyed it and found it very beneficial. Some takeaways for me were that our club does some things really well but we also have vast room to improve. I'll review each of the links and I'm looking forward to briefing our committee at our next general meeting. Thanks again to Michael and CPR Group for putting on the workshop.”

Melissa Driscoll was exceptional in her application to our work, her knowledge of the industry, background research and ability to engage with the equestrian community.
